Delivery Process
How packages move from your system to the customer
- Create a package — Use the API to create a delivery package with origin, destination, and product details. You receive a package ID and can optionally get a tracking reference.
- Pickup & processing — Once the package is created, it enters our workflow. Vendors can manage pickups; warehouses and branches process and move packages through the network.
- In transit — Packages are tracked through status updates (e.g. picked up, at warehouse, out for delivery). You can query status via API or share tracking links with end customers.
- Delivery — The package is delivered to the recipient. Final status is updated so you can sync with your order management and notify customers.
Use sandbox for testing and production for live shipments. Authentication is via API keys (per environment) provided when e-commerce API is enabled for your vendor account.
